Site Membership
a) Membership is available to any person over the age of 13 who registers and accurately provides all the required information, provides a legitimate electronic mail address and obtains a unique Super Soaker Central member name and password. Membership is non-transferable. The use of web-based email accounts may be denied due to abuse if problems arise.
b) All membership information must be accurate and belong to the person registering. Invalid, incomplete, or falsified information can result in the immediate termination of all membership privileges for that user and, possibly a permanent ban, restricting the member from using some or any of Super Soaker Central's services at any time.
c) Usage of this site is restricted to persons over the age of 13 unless one mails a COPPA form.

Super Soaker Central does not preview member posts in any way before they appear on the site. e) Super Soaker Central forums are for the discussion of water guns, water fights, and related topics. While the administrators and moderators of Super Soaker Central will attempt to keep all off-topic messages and messages in violation of our rules and Terms off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Super Soaker Central nor the moderators will be held responsible for the content of any message.
f) The Super Soaker Central forums may contain profanity.
g) As a condition of buying and selling items listed in any forum of Super Soaker Central, Buyer and Seller agree that Super Soaker Central is not brokering or otherwise participating in any purchase or sale. Super Soaker Central has no knowledge of the terms of sale, the condition of any items offered for sale, the accuracy of any aspect of the sale or the use to which any item shall be put. Buyer assumes all responsibility for proper use of any item so purchased. Buyer acknowledges that improper use of some or all of the items offered for sale on Super Soaker Central may cause serious injury or death. Buyer further acknowledges that water guns, especially when improperly used, carries with it a risk of serious injury that may not be avoided, even if the items purchased on Super Soaker Central are used properly. Buyer shall seek qualified assistance and instruction in the use of all items purchased.
h) Pornography of any type is not allowed. Posts of an illegal nature will not be tolerated. Threats of any kind will not be tolerated and will be removed and the user suspended or banned permanently. Removed threats will be retained by the owners as evidence should legal action be desired by the threatened party.
i) The owners, administrators, and moderators of Super Soaker Central reserve both the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason, and the right to suspend or delete any user account for any reason we feel is in violation of the TOS, both explicit and implied.
j) Membership in Super Soaker Central is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to deny service to any person at any time without cause.
k) The administrators and moderators of our forum may monitor private messages occaisonally. This is to prevent private message spam and abuse of members.
l) If you wish to have a massive amount of your posts deleted (i.e. all or a substantial amount of them as determined by the administrators), please be aware that any such requests will be denied. If you feel that some posts could possibly cause trouble later, please bring that problem up with an administrator by email.
m) All forms of "recruiting" other members for your forum is against all rules. We allow you one thread in our "Internet" category and the opportunity to fill the website and signature spaces with your website or forum. Signatures must follow all signature rules as usual to prevent from turning into advertisements. Contacting individual members to join your forum will result in a banning from our forum. Advertising out of these bounds can and has detracted from this forum's activity. We invite all potential webmasters to use more legitimate methods of advertisement - you do not have to spam our forums to get visitors or members to your website or forum. There are other far more effective and less intrusive methods.
